Tremaine Bagley is a digital visionary with over two decades of leading and motivating teams, integrating professional relationship-building, experience architecture, with entrepreneurship and philanthropy to achieve shared business objectives. She is a Cornell University certified AI and Marketing Strategist, as well as certified Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Passionate about equipping emerging talent with the tools to compete in a global digital economy, Tremaine founded Paradise People, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit innovation hub bridging the gap between technology, entrepreneurship, and economic mobility. Recognizing that talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not, she leads programs that ethically leverage artificial intelligence to deliver immersive, market-relevant education in business, finance, and scalable entrepreneurship. Through AI-powered startup incubators and engaging hands-on training, students are empowered to monetize their unique gifts, build sustainable ventures, and step confidently into roles as global change-makers focused on sustainability.
As a nonprofit leader and civic servant, Tremaine brings fiscal acumen, analytical thinking, and governance expertise to her community service. She serves as a member of the City of Brookhaven Board of Appeals, where she applies strategic business perspective to land use and zoning decisions impacting the community. She sits on the Advisory Council of Heartbeats & Hands 540, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to sparking meaningful connections and amplifying the power of service. She is also actively engaged as a board member of T2S C.A.R.E.S., a global ESG-aligned mental health nonprofit organization focused on educational impartiality, holistic well-being, and environmental sustainability—reflecting her dedication to scalable, systems-level change on an international scale.
